The business is Headquartered in Seattle and has team representation across much of North America. The EMEA HQ is in London, where business for the region is coordinated, but there are Engineers across other parts of the continent, such as Spain and Bulgaria. Currently, there are more than 110 FT employees across the globe.

Whilst not forgetting our roots and proud heritage in front-end development, the next evolution of the company is taking shape as we start to diversify the array of services and skill sets we can offer to clients. This shift has seen, in recent times, the addition of backend engineers, cloud infrastructure specialists, project managers, and the establishment of a digital design arm. Increasing client demand for such services and a commercial shift to identify new client retention strategy and develop new revenue streams has been the catalyst as we head towards Digital Product Development positioning. Formidable will always apply a human-centric, consultative mindset across everything we do and this approach is particularly useful from a Design services perspective enabling the team to deliver great end user experiences, optimised for engineering.

As a business we're already seeing the benefit of this transition. ****An incredible culture is central the company's success and so as we grow, any strategic shifts will need to maintain this core aspect. Whilst maintaining these values, it's incredibly exciting to see we are now able to carry out a diverse array of projects - everything from new product development work to terraform orientated projects and UI overhauls. This wasn't possible not so long ago.
