On Track Retail is a new company which has been formed with the aim of providing the leading train information and ticket purchasing experience in the market. We specialise in online retailing solutions and support websites for well known train operating companies in the UK, helping to deliver a step change in on-line retailing performance for our clients.

Backed by Britain’s busiest rail operator, Go-Ahead Group, and rail ticketing software specialist, Assertis; On Track Retail’s vision is to make ticket purchasing simple. Our journey planning and ticket purchasing solution has been intuitively designed to help make finding and buying the right rail ticket easy and stress-free.

On Track Retail is comprised of:

• a sophisticated back office ticket sales engine, which aggregates a wide range of rail industry data sources into a series of APIs for various front-ends to consume,
• a fully responsive website which has been designed to work seamlessly on mobiles, tablets and desktop browsers, and
• an integration partner for iOS and Android smartphone apps

In addition to selling the full range of nationwide RSP-compliant ticketing products, On Track Retail also includes full integration with innovative new ticketing products such as The Key smartcard.
