How we work
We are building the organisational structure as we grow. We work in squads, integrated units composed of software engineers, testers and product owners working on specific aspects of the platform. Movement between squads to work on other aspects and learn new skills, is highly encouraged, enabling our engineers to develop a complete view over the entire platform.
Strong domain expertise is an important skill that is encouraged and will be developed during your tenure at Onerio as it will enable our engineers to speak the customer language and understand their real problems, as well as engage and deliver solutions our customer expects.
