Orange Owl

Orange Owl is a software company based in Adelaide. Founded in 2015 by two veteran developers, we’re developing Systematic, a world-leading SAAS application that helps businesses ensure their staff consistently get the best results, stay safe, and identify/track/fix problems – all while monitoring this in real-time across their business locations.

We love Clojure and functional programming. Our services and web-application are built in Clojure/ClojureScript, using a React-based frontend and a Clojure/Netty/H2 based backend. The efficiencies gained by employing a reactive, FP-based architecture have allowed just two of us to develop a system deployed by multi-million dollar enterprises and used by thousands of employees.

We’re currently a small company, and completely self-funded. We’re growing both the company and our product, so if you want to be part of something different and exciting, with the option to help set the direction of an innovative product, we’d love to talk to you.
