Marketing Associate / Marketing Manager

About the role

Persistence Labs is looking for a Marketing Associate based out of India to help scale and complement its overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate takes pride in overseeing an idea from initial thinking to bringing it to life through words. They are continually looking to learn and to improve. We are looking for someone who is a thinker that can thrive in a remote, fast-paced, innovative startup environment and isn’t deterred by unknowns or unfamiliar concepts. They’re well versed with Crypto Twitter and understand the type of content that works well with this target audience and is also being put by KOLs/protocols.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Contribute to helping shape the overall content strategy for Persistence by thinking of content and campaign ideas across channels like Twitter, Blog, Discord, and more
2. Writing long and short-form content related to Persistence’s ecosystem and vision
3. Work closely with the design and product team to execute Persistence’s content strategy on a day-to-day basis
4. Conduct data-driven analysis to determine the effectiveness of Persistence’s content strategy

Basic qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent. BA/any specialization in Marketing is a plus but not mandatory
2. Exhibit curiosity and hunger to learn
3. Clear copywriting skills
4. Previous experience in writing content
5. Excellent thinking, task management, and communication skills
6. Relevant experience working in crypto / Showcasing avid interest in crypto
7. Knowledge of Proof-of-Stake, especially liquid staking
8. Basic understanding of DeFi
