Requirement for Fullstack Java Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Java Developer who meets the following criteria:

• A degree in a numerate discipline or an equivalent qualification in computer sciences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java web developer.
• Ability to write high-quality code using technologies such as Java, Scala, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Work as part of an agile team.
• Contribute to the design and architectural decisions surrounding our software.

Additional Skills

The candidate should also have experience with the following technologies:

• JavaScript (including TypeScript and jQuery)
• Web technologies such as CSS, JSP, and React
• Testing frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber
• Version control with Git and continuous integration with Jenkins
• Database knowledge using MariaDB
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Redux and SCSS
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Server administration with tools like Nginx and Tomcat

Location and Salary

This remote position requires two days a month on-site in London. The offered rate for this role is £500.00 per day, with a salary range of £40,000 - 70,000 per year.
