As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase as a part of the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) Applied AIML Engineering team, you will be developing and maintaining web applications using Python and TypeScript, working on both front-end and back-end components. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists to develop production-quality pipelines, follow SDLC best practice, and manage and optimize infrastructure using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Significant experience in full stack development

• Proficient in server-side and front-end technologies (Python, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, e.g. Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience using advanced tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop server-side applications using Python
• Build responsive UIs with TypeScript / React / Svelte / Vue
• Design and consume RESTful APIs
• Participate in and drive design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and optimize infrastructure using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
